How do I start a return?
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, please email hello@myfeltstory.com - we're here to help.
We are happy to issue an exchange or a refund for products returned within 30 days of when you received your order. Please note, we are unable to refund any shipping charges incurred on your order.
What is your return policy?
- Items eligible for a return must be unused in original packaging with receipt or proof of purchase.
- Refunds and returns are eligible within 30 days of purchase.
- We are unable to accept returns for products sold as part of a set unless the full set is returned.
- Refunded items will be returned via a return shipping label provided by My Felt Story.
- We are unable to refund any shipping charges incurred on your order.
- If a product arrives damaged, we will send out a replacement free of charge.
